Programming an Erik or Elvis Pendant
The pendant will not work until these instructions have been followed in full.
You will need to be in front of the Caretech unit you wish to program this pendant to
- Press and hold the 'Green' button on the Caretech unit until your hear the second beep, approximately 5 seconds
- Press the large 'Orange' button on the Erik / Elvis pendant until the light flashes on the pendant. The Caretech unit should play a short melody to confirm that it has seen the pendant signal
- Press the 'Red' button on the Caretech unit to store the pendant and exit programming mode. The Caretech unit will play a short melody as confirmation
- You can now test the pendant
Ensure the pendant calls correctly from the property you are expecting it to.
Test the pendant to the managers handset, and to the Careline monitoring centre.
