Programming an Appello Smart Trigger
The pendant will not work until the following instructions have been followed in full.
This programming must be carried out by the site manager, or someone with access to Appello HQ.
1. Unpack and set up the pendant on either the neck cord or wrist strap (where ordered)
2. Log on to Appello HQ either through your computer or your Desk Telephone
3. Firmly press the button on the pendant
4. Click on the pendants tab either from the side menu or the home page. You will see a blank pendant on line 0, observed a few seconds ago. Click on the pendant ID number
5. Once the pendant page loads, from the resident drop down list, select the flat in which the pendant is intended for. Press the blue save button.
6. The pendant is now programmed. Press the pendant and ensure that it generates a call from the correct apartment.
