Programming a Tunstall My Amie Pendant
The pendant will not work until these instructions have been followed in full
These Instructions are applicable to Tunstall Connect, Vi and ViIP. For other systems, please contact us. This programming must be carried out by the site manager, or someone with access to the System Control Panel (SCP). Note: this must be carried out in, or in proximity of the site office.
These instructions also apply to the Cair Onyx Tunstall 869MHz compatible pendants
Pendants are programmed using either the 'System Control Panel' or the 'Control' tab on a 'Housing Services Portal' laptop or tablet. The instructions are identical.
- Unlock the chosen programming device by pressing '*' on the keyboard
- Select 'Menu' from the on-screen options
- Select 'Trigger Menu'
- Select 'Resident ID'
- Enter the module number to pair the pendant too, as a three digit number using leading zeros - 001, 010, 100 then select 'Ok'
- Select 'Assign', the screen will display 'Press Radio Trigger Now'.
- Press trigger, the screen will show the trigger unique code, type and option to change location. The location option can be ignored.
- Select 'Yes'
- You can now test the pendant
Ensure the pendant calls correctly from the property you are expecting it to.
